In 1985 after 5 years in the corporate world, Kevin McNabb decided to start a network marketing business because he realized that if he didn’t start doing something for himself, he would be at the mercy of a boss for the rest of his life. So like most network marketers starting out, Kevin McNabb began building his business part-time. As the months went by, his commission checks didn’t get any bigger than a few hundred dollars a month and he was becoming very frustrated with the direction that his business was taking. It was at this time that Kevin McNabb realized that if he was going to have a large network marketing business, he was going to have to change as an individual to be able to help other people on a personal level.

The Beginning of Kevin McNabb’s Personal Development Journey

In late 1985 Kevin McNabb began hearing about this up and coming personal development star named Tony Robbins and began to learn as much about him as he possibly could. After attending several early seminars of Tony’s, Kevin McNabb was introduce to a philosophy that has guided him ever since.

That philosophy was, “The Past Does Not Equal the Future!”

Even though Kevin McNabb was 20 years of age at the time, he knew that he had a lot of personal growth ahead of him, so he took the advice of his new mentor, Tony Robbins and began to read as much as he could on personal development.

Kevin McNabb turned his car into a “University on Wheels” and listened exclusively to personal development cassettes and more recently CD’s. He attended hundreds of seminars in both personal development and network marketing with one goal in mind, “If I can just get one good idea from this event, it will be worth it!”

Kevin McNabb learned very early in his network marketing career that in order to build a large business  he needed to create successful personal relationships with people. Kevin also realized that the only way he was going to be able to work with a large number of different personalities was to greatly improve his own people skills on a continuous basis.

As Kevin McNabb continued to build his traditional career through the latter part of the 1980’s and into the early part of the 1990’s it was becoming quite evident that if he wanted to get more out of his network marketing business, he was going to need to transfer some of the time he was using in his traditional career over to his network marketing business.

For the last five years of the 1990’s Kevin McNabb made a conscious effort to spend 75% of his available time building his network marketing business and only giving 25% of his time to someone else to help build their traditional business.

The result of that decision and taking massive action, Kevin McNabb was able to retire from his traditional career in 2000 and work his network marketing business on a full-time basis.

During the next eleven years Kevin McNabb’s network marketing business developed quite dramatically and expanded into a true global business with leadership developed in 37 countries.

But during this time Kevin kept having this feeling that something was wrong… he was tired of this old traditional network marketing model. Kevin McNabb didn’t want to attend hotel meetings or meet people in coffee shops anymore. He felt that there had to be a better way of building a network marketing business.

2009 – Kevin McNabb Takes His Network Marketing Business Online

Kevin McNabb began to investigate how network marketing could be built responsibly on the Internet.

He came across a lot of very poor options but continued to believe that an online marketing system for network marketing must exist somewhere out there on the Internet.

In February 2009 Kevin McNabb was introduced to Mike Dillard’s product called Magnetic Sponsoring.

This is what Kevin McNabb had been trying to articulate for years without success. This new approach to building  his network marketing business was amazing but did not sit well with  his businesses up line at the time.

You see, Kevin McNabb’s up line (like many others) was used to him sponsoring a consistent number of people each month and that changed drastically and they didn’t like the reason why.

Kevin McNabb had stopped chasing people and started to attract the type of people that he wanted to work with. This is when his  network marketing business became fun again.

Kevin became a huge fan of the work that Mike Dillard was producing and started to apply the strategies that he found in Magnetic Sponsoring and MLM Traffic Formula and watched  his business really start to take off.

During the remainder of 2009 and into 2010, he had the privilege of partnering with 5 Internet Marketing experts that have shown him how to absolutely explode his network marketing business.

This explosion allowed Kevin the opportunity get back to what he loves, which is helping others succeed in what “they” want to do.

After 26 years, Kevin McNabb does not consider himself an ”expert” or “Guru” in personal development or network marketing.

Kevin McNabb is a regular guy with over 26 years experience in building a global network marketing business based on developing personal relationships that has the ability to expand traditionally, as well as, use the greatest communication tool known to man, the Internet.
